Recognizing that clean water is a basic right, The LastCross spearheaded the drilling of two boreholes and the distribution of 100+ water filters in communities suffering from unsafe drinking water.

Alongside this, we ran sanitation workshops teaching over 400 villagers how to maintain hygiene at home and prevent waterborne diseases.

Outcome:

• 2 villages now have constant access to clean water.

• Cases of waterborne diseases dropped by 40% in three months.

• 50 households built safe latrines after sanitation training.
